All warranty claims are primarily investigated by our internal workshop. We may need to investigate the whole machine, or just see the faulty part. This is dependent upon the fault and will be advised following your enquiry. On certain occasions your claim may be required to be investigated by the manufacturer which will add a few days onto your claim, we will advise you of this upon receipt of your machine.
Delivery
Delivery charges vary depending on the items you purchase. Basket shipping costs are calculated at checkout, or an estimate can be calculated below. Once your product has shipped it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the UK, 3 to 8 days in Europe.
