Each of our brands operates various warranty procedures. The warranty information of each product is detailed on the relevant product page on our website, under the “Warranty” tab heading.

All warranty claims are primarily investigated by our internal workshop. We may need to investigate the whole machine, or just see the faulty part. This is dependent upon the fault and will be advised following your enquiry. On certain occasions your claim may be required to be investigated by the manufacturer which will add a few days onto your claim, we will advise you of this upon receipt of your machine.

The majority of warranty claims can be completed with your machine up & running within 3-4 days. Please contact us for details & timescales.

To Make a Claim:

  1. Immediately cease using the Goods as soon as the Customer suspects there is a fault;
  2. Contact SPA Power Machinery (a trade name for SPA Landscaping Limited) on +44 (0)114 2699119 or at info@spapowermachinery.com and provide details of the fault and details of purchase (invoice number & serial number) to obtain technical support;
  3. If technical support does not rectify the fault and the warranty claim is accepted by the Company, the Company will provide a return number for the consumer to return the product, at the customers own cost, with the details of the fault and any other details requested by the Company to the following address:  SPA Landscaping Limited, 22 Orgreave Close, Sheffield, S13 9NP, ENGLAND
  4. Ensure the product is packaged in a way that will not cause damage to the product during transport.
