If you wish to return your purchase you can do so in its original unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it. We will offer an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less any shipping costs.

To enable us to refund your purchase efficiently please enclose a covering note with your item stating the following:

• Why it is being returned
• If you want a refund or exchange
• The name the purchase was made in (Company Name and Contact Name)
• Your email address and/or telephone number.
• Date the purchase was made
• Your invoice number 

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We are able to arrange this & deduct the cost from your refund.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item you can do so in its original unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it.

To enable us to exchange your purchase efficiently please enclose a covering note with your item stating the following:

• Why it is being exchanged
• What you want to exchange it for
• The name the purchase was made in (Company Name and Contact Name)
• Your email address and/or telephone number.
• Date the purchase was made
• Your invoice number

If there is an extra charge we will contact you to arrange payment.

If there is a partial refund we will contact you to arrange this.

Unless the item to be exchanged is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.

If your item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately. If this is noticed before signing for the item, do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you have the facility, some photographs of the damage upon immediately noticing are helpful.
