Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your purchase, you can do so in its original unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it. We will offer an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less any shipping costs.
You can submit a return request via your customer account - please click here, or click the profile icon in the store's menu.
1) Enter your details and verify your email:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address used to place your order, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2) Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
You will then automatically receive an email confirmation of your return request.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of both the outgoing and return shipping. We are able to arrange this and deduct the cost from your refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order in full, any time up until it has been dispatched. Your order will be refunded in full, as long as the goods have not already been dispatched.

2) Click "Request cancellation" for the order that you want to cancel.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to cancel.
- Select a reason (if necessary) and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request cancellation".
You will then automatically receive an email confirmation of your return request.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item you can do so in its original unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it.
To enable us to exchange your purchase efficiently please enclose a covering note with your item stating the following:
- Why it is being exchanged
- What you want to exchange it for
- The name the purchase was made in (Company Name and Contact Name)
- Your email address and/or telephone number.
- Date the purchase was made
- Your invoice number
If there is an extra charge we will contact you to arrange payment.
If there is a partial refund we will contact you to arrange this.
Unless the item to be exchanged is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.
Faulty / Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your product arrived damaged or faulty please contact us.

If your item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately. Damaged goods must be reported within 48h of receipt of delivery. If damage is noticed before signing for the item, do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you have the facility, some photographs of the damage upon immediately noticing are helpful.
