Hard Surface Moss Removal
This powered wire brush will remove thick moss and light weeds from any hard surface. The clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation of the brush allows you to get into the cracks and crevices where the moss resides, without the use of harsh chemicals or water.
Powered by EGO Battery System - What's the Run Time per charge?
Fitted with a professional-grade EGO battery motor, EGO 56V batteries deliver Run Time of approx 10 minutes per Ah, allowing you to match battery size to your workload. So 12Ah Batteries will give roughly 120 minutes of work time.

Can I use my existing EGO Batteries?
All EGO 56V batteries are compatible with this machine, plus the full EGO 56V tool range, making this an ideal solution for professionals already using EGO equipment or looking to build an eco-friendly tool kit. So if you already have some 5Ah batteries they will work in this WR870 EGO Battery, and you will get approximately 50 minutes of work time from a full charge, and so on.
German Engineering
Manufactured in Germany, the belt driven machine comes with a jockey wheel situated underneath the brush that allows you to adjust the height of the bristles, enabling a powerful or light brushing action. Thanks to the angled design the brush will not cause damage on block paving, tarmac and concrete. For more delicate surfaces we always recommend to carry out a test patch first.

Brush Heads
Supplied as standard with a Wire brush, with additional brush types available.
The Poly brush is used for all sweeping, and is also suited to livestock areas.
The Poly/Wire Mix brush is suitable for more delicate surfaces with light moss covering.
What's the difference between the Moss Brush and the Weed Rippers?
The Moss Brushes (WR870 Range) are designed for removing moss and small weeds, typically up to 2 months old.
The Weed Rippers (WKB Range) are designed for removing established weeds which are typically more than 2-3 months old. The have individually rotating bristles which attack the weeds from all angles at high speed.

*Run Times / Work Times per full charge are approximates, and will vary if the weather is cold or hot, and if the work the machine is doing is powerful or light. The height you have the brush determines the amount of friction on the ground - more friction will burn through more battery charge. These estimates have been tested on all the recommended surfaces, and in different weather conditions too. If you are achieving very low run times per full charge please contact us to discuss.
