Industrial Floor Cleaning

This powered brush machine is designed to remove stubborn dirt, debris, and surface contaminants from a wide range of hard industrial flooring. With both clockwise and anti-clockwise brush rotation, it effectively cleans deep into joints, seams, and textured surfaces—without the need for excessive water or harsh chemicals.

Powered by EGO Battery System - What's the Run Time per charge?

Fitted with a professional-grade EGO battery motor, the EGO 56V batteries deliver an incredible 2 hours Run Time using the largest 12Ah batteries. And using other battery sizes the Run Time can be calculated at 10 minutes per Ah, allowing you to match battery size to your workload (*and see full table below). 

The machine is available in two options:

• Machine Only – Supplied as Body Only, without batteries or charger, with a poly brush fitted

• Bundle – Supplied with 2 EGO batteries and 1 rapid charger, and a poly brush fitted

Can I use my existing EGO Batteries? 

All EGO 56V batteries are compatible with this machine (even the small ones 2.5Ah, 4Ah, 5Ah, 6Ah), making this an ideal solution for professionals already using EGO equipment or looking to build an eco-friendly tool kit.
So if you already have some 5Ah EGO batteries, they will work in this WR870 Industrial Floor Brush, and you will get approximately 50 minutes of work time from a full charge, and so on.

German Engineering

Manufactured in Germany, the belt driven machine is designed with a jockey wheel situated underneath the brush that allows you to adjust the height of the bristles, enabling a powerful or light brushing action. Thanks to the angled design the brush will not cause damage to any industrial floor surfaces.

Brush Heads

This Industrial Floor Brush is supplied as standard with a Poly brush head, with additional brush types available.
The Poly brush is used for sweeping dry waste.
The Poly/Wire Mix brush is an alternative brush, which is suitable for more stubborn areas of debris.

The Wire Brush can also be fitted to this machine, however this is more suited to moss removal on external hard surfaces.

*Run Times / Work Times per full charge are approximates, and will vary if the weather is cold or hot, and if the work the machine is doing is powerful or light. The height you have the brush determines the amount of friction on the ground - more friction will burn through more battery charge. These estimates have been tested on all the recommended surfaces, and in different weather conditions too. If you are achieving very low run times per full charge please contact us to discuss.
