Westermann WS800 Vario: Electric scraping solution for factories and production lines
The Westermann WS800 Vario is a compact. walk-behind electric scraper designed for industrial and manufacturing environments where cleanliness, safety and efficiency are critical. Ideal for removing production waste, spillages, residues, dust build-up, and lightweight debris, it provides a fast and controlled alternative to manual scraping and cleaning.
With quiet, emission-free operation, the WS800 Vario is perfectly suited for indoor use on factory floors, processing areas, production lines, warehouses and workshops, without disrupting staff or requiring additional ventilation. Its compact footprint allows it to work effectively in narrow aisles, between machines, and along walls, where larger ride-on machines are impractical.
Manufactured in Germany and engineered for durability, the WS800 Vario is designed to withstand demanding industrial use whilst remaining simple and intuitive for operators. It features a 5mm galvanised chassis, so it can be cleaned easily.
Powered by a reliable battery system and equipped with an electric charger (including overcharge protection), you can enjoy up to 100 minutes of continuous operation at a top speed of 7 km/h. Forward and reverse control is selected by the thumb throttle - it responds effortlessly to your commands via the front axle.

Pushing Shield – Adjustable from a narrow 800mm to a wide 1600mm, making it ideal for clearing larger volumes of lightweight waste quickly during end-of-shift clean-downs or routine floor maintenance.
